Brief Therapy
For those that are short on time, these brief therapy sessions are sure to be beneficial. Lasting between 3-4 weeks, these sessions cover one of the following options:
- Anger Management
- Assertiveness Training
- Anxiety Control
- Confidence Building
- Relaxation and Resilience
Your needs are met during these sessions. For example, I can do these on your lunch break if it suits you. These sessions often help you feel positive and in control, allowing you to live your life to the fullest.
Anxiety and Panic
This programme works with long-term anxiety issues and severe panic attacks. This includes hypnotherapy, or a lighter relaxation method if you prefer. Once you request this service, I can usually see you within 10 days.
Phobias/OCD/Intrusive Thoughts
My EMDR therapy option is particularly helpful in improving the above conditions. Phobias and OCD have been known to reduce in intensity once this therapy programme is completed.
Couple counselling
Relationship counselling can be extremely beneficial. Everyone struggles in their relationship, yet often the simplest solutions provide the best results. Couple counselling can be made available at evenings or weekends when necessary.
